MANAGEMENT
Ioan Lixandru has been the General Director of Telerom Proiect since 1998. He graduated the Bucharest Polytechnical Institute – Electronics and Telecommunications Faculty – Radio communications. His entire professional carrier is linked with Telerom Proiect where he first was design engineer, then Manager of “Radio communications and Transmissions Section” when he elaborated and ensured management of engineering design works for radio communications (terrestrial, underground, spatial, naval, railway, auto, etc.), radio navigation means and facilities, sound and TV broadcasting stations, microwave networks, cellular and trunked systems, CATV networks, etc.
He was responsible for quality control in the section and member of Internal Approval Commission of the institute. He is MLPTL certified as verifier of engineering design documentations for Ie – telecommunications plants and information transmission. He has attended various courses in Romania, abroad, published papers and works in his field, and participated with scientific lectures in national symposia.
